Philanthropy is at the heart of everything we do at Advanced Green Technologies
AGT (Advanced Green Technologies) was established with a strong ethos of philanthropy. In the construction sector, it’s not just about the tasks at hand; it’s about the individuals carrying them out. AGT’s founder, Rob Kornahrens, instilled a sense of compassion within the company, fostering a dedicated workforce where community commitment lies at the heart of our principles and is integral to our operations.
Since 2007, Rob has collaborated with numerous Florida-based organizations to champion charitable initiatives, actively engaging with a range of non-profit entities, executive circles, and leadership networks. Alongside his sons Michael and Kevin, Rob initiated the ABC Roofing Apprenticeship program in 2014, catering to our sister company Advanced Roofing. Today, we boast not only a successful roofing apprenticeship but also a burgeoning solar apprenticeship initiative. Beyond his professional pursuits, Rob has played a pivotal role in raising nearly $600,000 since 2003 to combat Multiple Sclerosis, a cause that holds deep personal significance for him as both of his nieces live with the condition. AGT also takes great pride in supporting various initiatives, including backing FAU Sea Owls for over a decade, endorsing Green’s Design & Build competition, and participating in the Steps for SOS Walk.
